2026 EAL LEADERSHIP TRAINING

At Little Oasis EAL, leadership development happens through hands-on, experiential activities that mirror real workplace dynamics. Teams and individuals practise collaboration, problem-solving, and communication in a way that’s immediate, memorable, and transferable.
